Job Description

As the Talent Management Coordinator/Admin, you will play a pivotal role in integrating Talent Management into different regional systems and practices. You will be responsible for executing end-to-end Planning (talent lifecycle) in the region and independently executing regional and global talent programs focused on talent development, upskilling, and growth.


Serving as the main point of contact for Talent Management, partnering with stakeholders to educate, advise, and guide the integration of Talent Management practices.
Conducting talent data analysis and providing regular reporting for the region.
Facilitating Talent Connect/Demand Planning sessions with regional partners (Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development Leads, People Solutions, Delivery Leaders) to address talent and growth requirements.
Planning and executing regional and global talent programs to foster talent development and growth opportunities.
Collaborating with People Solutions (HR) Business Partners to assess business demands,talent bench strengths, and identify existing or potential talent gaps, working together to strategize corrective actions.
Applying company policies and procedures to resolve various issues effectively.


Proven experience in talent management and collaborating with Learning & Development,
Proficiency in analyzing talent data and preparing relevant reports.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Strong understanding of talent lifecycle and talent development processes.
Ability to independently execute regional and global talent programs.
